About me

I am a qualified Gestalt Counsellor, having completed my training at The Gestalt Centre London. I have had a long-term journey with Gestalt Therapy; first as a client, then as a trainee and now as a qualified practitioner seeing my own clients.

I work with adult clients both in-person and online. Since 2024, I have been volunteering at a low-cost counselling service in South London, working with short-term and long-term clients.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in Higher Education for fourteen years focusing on arts subjects and student welfare. I supported adults navigating a wide range of complex personal challenges. This background gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for help and the importance of being met with warmth and authenticity.

My approach is grounded, relational, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel seen and supported to explore whatever is important for you in the here and now.
