We all go through times when life feels heavy, confusing or repetitive. Sometimes we find ourselves caught in patterns that we can’t quite make sense of — withdrawing from others, saying yes when we want to say no, or feeling disconnected from our own needs.
Gestalt therapy offers a way to slow down, make sense of what’s happening in the here-and-now, and explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present relationships. In therapy with me, you’ll have space to notice, reflect, and begin to reconnect with a fuller sense of self.
There is no judgment or expectation — only curiosity about your experience and what emerges between us.
In-person
My in-person practice is based at The Gestalt Centre London (a short walk from either King’s Cross St Pancras, Mornington Crescent or Camden Town underground stations). How to find The Gestalt Centre
Online
If you would prefer to meet online, we can meet either using Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. You will need to find a private space where you can speak freely, with access to stable wi-fi and good lighting.
